What I have learned in this course

   What I have learnt in this course is a lot about how people around the world are mistreated for their culture. I have learned about a lot of different cultures including the Native culture in Canada. Throughout the course reading pieces like The Melting Pot and The Kite runner, I was taught how different things are for people around the world and how they change when they relocate to places like America or Canada. different places have different laws, and the way to get away from those places is usually against the law and people have had to go through a lot to make it to a better place for them to live. I have learnt that as a native living in Canada on reserves is very unfair, their living conditions are not as up to scale as the rest of Canada and things are not fair for them. This course has given me an idea of how hard things are for people who live different lives than us and that it is very easy how we have it.
